Unlike when android device was just released few years back, there are many security features that prevents users from flashing their android device and get away with it without reaching a technician.
This tutorial is just for you if you are in this category, follow the steps below religiously and you wont have any problem like Google lock or factory reset protection
Steps

  1. Go to settings in your phone
  2. Scroll down to "about phone" and click on it(In some recent phones where it is hidden in sub categories you can  use the search icon at the top of the settings tab otherwise it is usually the last tab on the settings list)
  3. Scroll down to build number and keep tapping on it repeatedly until the message "you are now a developer " appears. then click back to return to settings main menu(you can also search for it if you cant find it)

  4. Go to developer options(click on the toggle buttton in front off at the top to switch it on [if needed]) .
  5. Scroll down to "OEM Unlocking" and switch it on .(You might be prompted to press your password or pattern at this stage to continue)
  6. Go back to the settinngs main menu.
  7. scroll to "Backup and reset " and click on it
  8. go to factory data reset and click on it
  9. scroll to reset phone and click on it(You might need to press this repeatedly on several occasions before it continues).
  10. Wait until phone restarts and set it up
  11. Congratulations you have successfully flashed your phone.
To carry out this operation you need a good battery level above 50% or preferably the phone should be plugged to power supply.
If eventually  you are stuck at google lock the best advice for you is to visit youtube.com and type keywords like this "samsung s1925 frp bypass" you will see various releveant videos that can help you do this. I could have written a tutorial on this but different phones uses different methods anyway tutorial on the most common methods used will be coming soon.
